HR Coordinator / Recruiter
Status: Full-time, on-site. *Some flexibility for 1 day per week of remote work after 90-days may be possible, TBD.
Compensation: $20-$23, hourly
Shifts: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Location: 15801 E Don Carlos Dr. Prescott Valley, AZ 86315
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Significant focus with staff recruitment, onboarding, job fairs and community engagement
- Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal and agency requirements
- If needed, set up fingerprint applications for new hires and current staff expiring
- Complete new hire paperwork and facilitate orientation with new hires
- Keep new hire status up to date
- Initiate new hire offer letter and PAR, if applicable
- Sort, File, and organize employee documents
- Assist with recruiting, as needed
- Assist with external incident reporting (IADs, Seclusion and Restraint Reporting, etc.)
- Assist with the fulfillment of medical record requests under the supervision and direction of the Risk Manager
- Manage incident tickets (reporting, adding investigation details and closure of tickets)
- Client Grievance follow-up, as needed
- Complete incident progress notes, as needed
- Attend CIR, PI and Compliance Committee meetings, as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and appropriate release of information
- Other duties as assigned
- Adheres to Mingus policy and practice concerning creation, editing, transmission, storage, and disposition of all Protected Health Information in compliance with HIPAA.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum age of 21
- College degree preferred but not required.
- Ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint clearance card (or have a current valid level 1 fingerprint card).
- Must pass medical exam capable of performing the essential functions of this job as listed in this job description.
- Individual judgment, discretion, and decision-making skills.
- Emotionally and physically able to assist in physical escort and/or restraint.
- Must be physically able to assist in AWOL searches in mountainous terrain.
- Confidentiality and professionalism are essential

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
