- Provide professional development opportunities for faculty.
- Address student academic concerns and grievances.
- Conduct orientation and convocation sessions.
- Plan new course outlines and timetables.
- Report on daily academic activity and submit to the Director.
- Assemble a team of batch advisors to solve student problems regarding their subjects.
- Perform activities, communication, and announcements within the department.
- Motivate students regarding their studies and careers.
- Coordinate interviews for faculty or staff.
- Coordinate with QEC for departmental activities yearly.
- Coordinate with the Admission Office, Registrar Office, Examination Office, and Treasurer, or any other offices as required to support the institution's mission.
- Act as a student advisor as directed.
- Set up appointments for meetings with parents, students, and other individuals.
- Follow up on all initiatives taken by the Director daily.
- Handle any other related matters as directed by Management.
- Manage calls.
- Resolve student issues / complaints regarding academics.
- Maintain records / files / minutes of meetings / reports.
- Hands-on practice in Excel :
- Data sorting, charts.
- Conditional formatting, data sorting.
- Data selection, formulas, and functions.
- Foster partnerships with external organizations for academic collaborations.
- Ensure alignment with educational standards and goals.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Time Management
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
