ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Seeking a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn and enjoys a challenge.
Assist in administrative duties as needed to support the customer service department.
Act as a point of contact between customer and production.
Order Entry
Answer incoming telephone calls and emails
Update purchase orders in office and production floor.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have/be:
MS Office and Outlook proficiency and strong attention to detail
Problem solver, pleasant demeaner and good communication skills.
Ideally have experience with Purchase Orders
Ideally have experience with Production Scheduling
A critical reader
Ability to multi task in a high-volume environment.
A self-motivated attitude
Able to work independently and as a member of a team.
Bi-lingual highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
