Key Responsibilities
· Establish, direct, and coordinate operational plans to align with company strategy, policies and procedures. Manage day-to-day activities across departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
· Manage all departments involved in production: Label, Offset, Cutting, Folding, Shipping, Plate Making, Machines
· Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement
· Identify and address operational challenges; implement solutions to ensure smooth operations
· Identify and implement process improvements in operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
· Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
· Delegating tasks
· Act as a liaison for higher-level executives
· Supervise and motivate staff, provide guidance, support and training to ensure effective performance. Select and train supervisory and administrative staff
· Maintain a clean and safe plant
· Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping
· Ensure quality control of all products by managing Quality Control staff
· Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and capital
· Assure attainment of business objectives and productions schedules while ensuring product standards that will exceed our customer’s expectations
· Follow all current SOP’s, GMP’s
· Back up to the Production Manager
· Ability to learn from and collaborate with current team members across all functions regardless of position, tenure, age, gender or ethnicity
Job Requirements:
· Manufacturing 7-10 years’ experience in management/leadership role
· Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and guide production team effectively
· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze production data and identify trends to make informed decisions
· Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
· Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve operational challenges
· Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
· Managerial Skills: Strategize and planning experience. Ability to manage staff, budgets, and other resources effectively
· Bachelor’s degree Required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
