Moby's is looking for an experienced hospitality executive to lead management team and oversee operations. This is a seasonal position with housing provided. Opportunity for growth within the group's city properties at the end of the season.
Since the first season in 2012, Moby's has become a Hampton's mainstay with a loyal following, serving a Coastal Italian influenced menu.

The position reports directly to Ownership.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Experience in HIGH volume environments, strong hospitality & service focusing
- Minimum of 3 years prior experience in Senior Management in a major restaurant market
- Experience developing and running management teams
- Strong service background and experience developing service teams
- Experience overseeing beverage programs, wine knowledge and high volume bar program with attention to detail
- Familiarity with managing labor, daily sales reports
- Proficiency in excel, word and other office products
