Available Location : Alpharetta, GA
Hybrid Working : In this role, you will split your time between working at the designated company office in Alpharetta, GA for a minimum of 3 days per week and will work remotely from your home address up to 2 days per week. Any changes to these work locations must follow the appropriate process as outlined in our handbook.
What You'll Do :
As the Maxio System Administrator you will manage and optimize our Maxio (formerly SaaSOptics and Chargify) financial operations platform. You will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of revenue management, subscription billing, financial reporting, and customer lifecycle processes. This role combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and process improvement to help the company scale efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure, manage, and optimize the Maxio platform, ensuring it supports billing, revenue recognition, subscription management, and reporting needs
- Develop and maintain custom workflows, integrations, and reports within Maxio to support business requirements
- Oversee system security, data integrity, and compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Finance, IT, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to align Maxio capabilities with business needs
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they understand how to use the system effectively
- Act as the primary point of contact for Maxio-related issues and coordinate with Maxio support when necessary
- Analyze and improve financial and operational workflows supported by Maxio to enhance scalability, efficiency, and accuracy
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and streamline operations
- Document all configurations, processes, and system updates for transparency and training purposes
- Collaborate with Development (R&D), Salesforce and Ironclad technical resources to deliver an eCommerce solution for Ministry Brands
- Partner with Finance, Billing and Data Services Teams to migrate legacy billing systems to Maxio
