Offer Accept has partnered with a rapidly growing organization in the Duluth, Georgia area in search of a Systems Administrator II. This role will play a critical role in configuring, maintaining, and supporting the company's IT infrastructure. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology, contribute to exciting projects, and be part of a collaborative team. Some travel will be required to assist with on-site installations, making this role both dynamic and hands-on.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure & Install: Set up server hardware, network infrastructure, and applications in line with project goals and company standards.
- Ensure Accuracy: Maintain compliance with policies and location-specific requirements by being detail-oriented.
- Hands-on Assistance: Assist with physical installations on-site when required (up to 10% travel).
- System Monitoring: Keep a close eye on infrastructure, equipment status, and swiftly respond to any issues.
- Troubleshooting Support: Provide Tier-2 support to internal staff, helping resolve issues and making configuration changes as needed.
- Proactive Maintenance: Regularly review hardware and application logs, applying OS and application updates to prevent issues.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of systems, network equipment, and applications.

- Certifications: MCSA or higher certification is a plus.
- Travel Ready: Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for on-site installations.
Required Education & Experience:
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on system administration and support experience.
- Networking Knowledge: Experience working with firewalls and basic networking concepts.
