What you'll do
As a part of Ministry Brands, we are a fast-growing, globally recognized background screening company accredited by the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) with locations in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Tampa, Florida. Our purpose is to be the trusted voice in background screening by providing a unique experience that conveys our visionary leadership, passion for service, and commitment to excellence.
- Serve as a Technical integration subject-matter-expert for our Client Support team.
- Responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to our support agents, service consultants and in some cases, our clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product and Development, and project managers and resources within support and services, to ensure frictionless client experience.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, both internal and external, addressing issues related to software integration, reporting, API connectivity, data migration, and system compatibility.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on technical integration processes and tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to technical integrations, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including technical consultations and requirements gathering.
- Serve as Operations Business owner and advisor for Zendesk and Genesys PureCloud.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, data science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT, technical support, or software training/
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all audience levels and group sizes
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to be self-directed and willing to take initiative
- Ability to learn multiple software tools
- Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize risk of disruptions during project rollouts
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and techniques
