Role Description :
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Manager at our Chandler, AZ location. You will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support executives and other team members. This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. Additionally, Purchasing, Project Management, Vendor Relations and Accounts Payable / Receivables.
Qualifications :
- All aspects of office management of growing small companies
- Experience in manufacturing operations a MUST.
- 4 years of QuickBooks Enterprise Experience a MUST.
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as order processing, accounts payable, accounts receivables and purchasing.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
