Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable, vendor invoices, GL coding, and payments
- Oversee credit card transactions, perform daily billing, bank reconciliations, and payment collections
- Ensure accurate data entry into the ERP system
- Troubleshoot within ERP system when issues arise
- Collaborate with teams, customers, and vendors
AP/AR Specialist Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Accounting coursework preferred.
- 2 years of accounting or related bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & accounting software
- Experience with Viewpoint or Acumatica is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Accounting experience in a manufacturing or construction company
