The purpose of this position is to serve as Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA) Central Office Fiscal Officer for the agency's State Veterans Homes, Healthcare Administration, Central Pharmacy, Programs and Services Administration, State Veterans Cemeteries, and Information Technology (MNIT). Provide professional expertise under limited supervision in the areas of accounting, professional technical contracts, grant management, budget development and management, procurement, training development and guidance, policy and procedure development and guidance, application development, asset management, data analytics, and professional accounting support to senior management, department managers, supervisors, and co-workers.
