Job Summary
The Enterprise Recruitment Consultant is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing diversity recruitment strategies, promoting the State as a model employer, and attracting qualified, diverse job seekers to apply for positions using best practices related to talent acquisition and retention. The Enterprise Recruitment Consultant will provide consultation services to agencies in recruitment and retention as well, as conduct outreach and community engagement, and develop relationships with community partners and organizations to assist the State in its hiring efforts.
This position will have the flexibility to telecommute, work a hybrid schedule or work in the office the majority of time, however it may be necessary totravel and attend networking and career event.sThe incumbent will be required to complete a telework agreement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Three (3) years of broad recruiting experience including social media, LinkedIn, partnerships with colleges and universities, and lead planning and coordination with participation in job fairs.
