The Enterprise Recruitment Consultant is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing diversity recruitment strategies, promoting the State as a model employer, and attracting qualified, diverse job seekers to apply for positions using best practices related to talent acquisition and retention. The Enterprise Recruitment Consultant will provide consultation services to agencies in recruitment and retention as well, as conduct outreach and community engagement, and develop relationships with community partners and organizations to assist the State in its hiring efforts.
This position will have the flexibility to telecommute, work a hybrid schedule or work in the office the majority of time, however it may be necessary to travel and attend networking and career event.s The incumbent will be required to complete a telework agreement.
Minimum Qualifications
Three (3) years of broad recruiting experience including social media, LinkedIn, partnerships with colleges and universities, and lead planning and coordination with participation in job fairs.
Experience establishing and managing client or communication relationships.
Experience prioritizing, planning and managing multiple projects.
Experience in developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies
Preferred Qualifications
Business Administrative Degree in Human Resources, Communications or Social Media
SHRM Certification

Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
Ability to take initiative and self-direct one’s work
Strong analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right data sets for use in strategy and decision-making
Proficient in MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to create, maintain, and utilize metrics.
Consulting experience and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
