Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative office support to the FAS division. This includes providing division level technical support and coordinating and / or conducting one on one training for FAS employees; serving as project leader in the analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications in the Microsoft Office Suite, FAS web content, and provide basic frontline support of the office's computers, printers, and scanners. The position also assists with basic administration of the agency ID card system and the agency wide Gift Acceptance Program. This position is responsible for preparation of the detail for MNIT billings, and various accounts payable work as assigned. This position acts as the division's frontline technical liaison with the MNIT team for FAS technical problems, questions, or concerns and is also the primary back up to the DPS main receptionist as needed.
