Salary Information
$31.92 - $47.05 / hourly; $66,648 - $98,240 / annually

Job Description
As a Clinical Program Therapist 3, you will provide mental health evaluation, therapeutic interventions, crisis intervention, and consultation at the Minnesota Correctional Facility-Rush City. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care to incarcerated individuals and providing leadership support to clinical services within the facility. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the lives of those under our care and contributing to a safer Minnesota.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family, Counseling, or a related Behavioral Health/Science program.
• One year of experience providing mental health clinical services, including individual and group therapy.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health diagnosis, evaluation, and treatment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of professional, legal, and ethical standards; best practices; and community standards of care.
• Skills in verbal and written communication, including proficient documentation skills.
• Interpersonal/human relations skills.
• Basic personal computer skills.
• Ability to formulate and implement an individualized treatment plan; provide mental health treatment; and develop a continuing care plan under limited supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current Minnesota licensure as a Mental Health Professional.
• Experience providing clinical supervision to other behavioral health staff.
• Experience working in a correctional/secured environment.
• One year experience post-master's degree or higher (as defined above) providing mental health clinical services.
• Experience treating clients with co-occurring disorders.
• Experience providing services to clients diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI).

Salary : $66,648 - $98,240
