Develops, coordinates, and manages annual City budget process requiring analysis and deep understanding of City budget as well as planning and staffing the Council Budget Committee and involvement in planning and staffing the Organizational Committee. Leads cross departmental teams in coordination with the Office of Financial Services to understand administration requests and to advocate for Council priorities. Identifies budget gaps; recommends solutions. Analyzes, monitors, and reports complex budget and policy topics throughout the year. Makes recommendations for future budget development.
