Metro Transit's Capital Programs division seeks to hire a Contract Administrator/Principal Contract Administrator for its METRO Green Line Extension (GLE) Light Rail Transit Project. Housed within the Project Controls Unit of the Project, this role is focused specifically on the management of change orders on the Project’s major construction contracts. In this role, you would track and report on the current status of change orders and change order requests; review change orders for accuracy and consistency; assign appropriate cost codes; and other responsibilities as described below. This position is located at the GLE Project Office in St. Louis Park.This position is eligible for a hybrid (both remote and onsite) telework arrangement.
