The City of Virginia is currently accepting applications for the position of Police Officer. At full strength, the police department is made up of 25 Sworn Officers, to include the Chief of Police, Deputy Chief, two Detectives, four patrol supervisors, a narcotics investigator assigned to the task force, a CRO/SRO, and a K9 unit. The 2025- salary range is $31.14-$38.49. Excellent benefits package which includes: - Up to 6% deferred compensation match - health care savings plan - affordable health care plan with employer contribution to deductible, dental insurance, and life insurance - 11 paid holidays.
