This role ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards while managing personnel, budgets, and system performance. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, monitoring infrastructure, enforcing safety protocols, and planning long-term improvements.
The position requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), four years of experience in a public water system (with at least one year in a supervisory role), a valid MN driver’s license, and a Class B Water Operator’s Certificate. An AAS degree and steam system experience are preferred.
