This position provides comprehensive administrative and technical support to the Office of Teaching & Learning, with a focus on assisting the Directors and staff of the Literacy Unit and Early Education Division. The role ensures compliance with division and unit policies, procedures, and guidelines, enabling staff to carry out their responsibilities efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include offering operational support, project planning, communication, and implementation; creating and maintaining systems for managing division records, contracts, grants, budgets, and data; delivering consistent, high-quality assistance to both internal and external stakeholders; coordinating logistics for large meetings; and performing additional tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to use customer service skills on the phone, in person, and online to provide effective general and specialized office support; including excellent written and verbal communications skills and abilities;
- Knowledge of and skill in the use of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and MS Teams)
- Skill in data entry sufficient to receive and review source documents, perform data entry, compare documents to database information, and edit, code, and correct documents, search and retrieve data from data systems, create data documents and forms, design templates, perform data queries, grant database/data systems entry and reporting access and capabilities; and
- Skill in word processing sufficient to provide a team of professional staff with high-quality word-processing needs including preparing memos, reports, newsletters, invoices, financial statements, labels and other documents with minimal error.
- Two (2) years of paraprofessional, clerical or technical experience.
- Web accessibility experience.
- Administrative/Executive support experience
