- Provide technical training and assistance to school district staff submitting data to MDE via Ed-Fi;
- Develop and implement a customer service strategic plan for the Ed-Fi program.

- Using a Student Information System (SIS)
- Using SQL
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of Ed-Fi data standard
- Knowledge of MN Education System/Experience at a District level or other LEA
- Knowledge of student level data collected by MDE (School Finance, MCCC, etc)
- Experience at a SIS Vendor
- SIS Vendor "Super user"
- Experience submitting or supporting the submission of student level data to MDE
