The successful candidate will manage the predesign phase, including the preparation of procurement documents for Design-Build projects, and administer the Design-Build phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Bridge Office Alternative Delivery and Agreements Unit.
- Manage the predesign phase, including the preparation of procurement documents for Design-Build projects.
- Administer the Design-Build phase, providing guidance and resolving issues as needed to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with agency standards.
Requirements:
- Licensure as a professional civil engineer with the Minnesota Board of Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Geoscience, and Interior Design (AELSLAGID), or ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer license with the state of Minnesota.
- Five years of experience in bridge design or construction.
