Build and manage your own insurance agency with the support of District 54.
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Drive business growth through strategic marketing, networking, and community involvement.
Provide exceptional customer service while helping clients find the right insurance solutions.
Manage agency operations, including budgeting, goal setting, and performance tracking.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, leadership, or business development is a plus, but were willing to train the right candidate.
A passion for serving clients and solving problems with tailored insurance solutions.
Strong entrepreneurial drive and a desire to be your own boss.
A commitment to learning, growing, and succeeding in a competitive industry.
Minnesota Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses (or the ability to obtain them).
