Responsibilities
Lead regional sales initiatives and strategies within Mora, Minnesota, to drive company growth and market presence.
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance sales performance and expand the customer base within the region.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives, facilitating smooth sales processes.
Regularly analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the insurance sector.
Licensing: State insurance licensing for Minnesota is required.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
