Leadership: Guide and manage a team of agents, ensuring they meet their sales goals while maintaining the companys standards. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and strategic approaches to expand our presence in Princeton and surrounding areas. Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the local market to boost growth and client acquisition. Relationship Building: Establish strong, long-lasting partnerships with clients, stakeholders, and community organizations to enhance brand visibility and customer trust. Performance Monitoring: Set performance benchmarks and regularly evaluate the sales teams achievements, providing feedback and coaching as needed. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on industry trends, developing new skills and knowledge to keep the team competitive and innovative.
Requirements
Experience: Proven track record in sales management or related field, preferably within the insurance industry.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team-building and fostering collaboration among team members.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Decision-Making: Strong decision-making ability, with a focus on strategic thinking and problem-solving.
