About the Role
As an Agent in Training, youll work closely with an established Farmers Insurance agent while receiving comprehensive training and hands-on experience. This program is tailored to prepare you for agency ownership by equipping you with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to run a thriving business in your community.
What Youll Do
Learn by Doing : Partner with an experienced agent to gain firsthand experience in sales, customer service, and business management.
Build Key Skills : Master marketing strategies, client relationship management, and business operations with guidance from the University of Farmers.
Serve the Community : Help clients identify insurance solutions that protect what matters most to them.
Prepare for Agency Ownership : Receive one-on-one coaching to transition from the Agent in Training program to owning your own Farmers Insurance agency in Windom.
What Were Looking For
