- Be the Backbone of Criminal Justice IT:
- MNJIS Application Support: Be the go-to expert for our state's criminal justice backbone system. Assist users by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing system administration.
- User Administration: Facilitate communication between technical teams and criminal justice professionals, translating complex technical issues into actionable solutions.
- Incident Coordination: Lead the charge in resolving technical incidents, collaborating with both technical and business staff to ensure swift and effective solutions.
