POSITION SUMMARY
The Early Childhood Center (ECC) Administrative Support is responsible for supporting the ECC Director and Assistant Director in developing and executing day-to-day administration of the ECC office. The Administrative Support is responsible for assisting parents in the office and supporting classrooms, including classroom coverage as needed.

- Responsible for managing and auditing the files for licensing complying with state licensing standards and regulations.
- General administrative tasks such as but not limited to: filing, copying, mailing
- Assist with additional classroom coverage as needed; including any long-term coverage needs. Work with the Director to coordinate last minute coverage needs
- Assist the Director and Assistant Director in other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- 1 year of classroom teaching experience with preschool and/or early elementary grades
- 1 year working in an office setting
- Commitment to equity, diversity, environmental stewardship, and social justice
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge and understanding of Minnesota Department of Human Services standards for licensing
