We are seeking a reliable Confirmation Specialist to manage and confirm scheduled appointments, verify leads, and assist with inbound calls.

What You’ll Do

• Confirm all set appointments according to company policies, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all communications.
• Process and verify inbound leads to ensure they meet company standards before scheduling appointments.
• Handle inbound marketing calls from Minnesota Shower and Bath, RKR, and Minnesota Rusco customers, directing them to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain accurate data entry in our system, ensuring all leads and appointments are recorded promptly after home shows and other events.
• Work collaboratively with the call center and sales teams to ensure a smooth transition for customers from initial contact to their scheduled consultation.

• Monday to Thursday 730 AM to 615 PM
• Friday 730 AM to 415 PM
• Saturday 830 AM to 215 PM
