What Would you do?
Position Summary/Objective: Individuals in this position will aid with implementing premium and non-premium seating hospitality strategies for the Minnesota Lynx season. This is a part-time, seasonal position to last through the regular NBA season and potential playoffs.
Essential Functions
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform these essential functions:
Experience: 0-1 year of customer service experience.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Work Environment
Work is generally sedentary in nature. The employee is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. This job also operates in gymnasiums, the Timberwolves/Lynx practice facility and a professional sports arena, which include bleachers/steps
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and exchange information with others both in person and over the telephone. The employee frequently is required to remain in a stationary position, as well as operate computers and other office equipment, such as a copy machine, printer and telephone. Staff will occasionally ascend and descend bleachers/steps and traverse around the arena both on event days and non-event days. Staff will frequently move boxes and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
Salary: This role pays $17/hour
Benefits: Free parking and a free game night meal
Travel: No travel required.

- Set up and break down Premium, Club and Season Ticket Holder spaces.
- Monitor entrances of club and member spaces throughout game.
- Greet and check-in guests in premium spaces.
- Assist with Fan Experiences and Touch points pre and postgame.
- Interact with fans and field questions.
- Create gift bags and make in-seat visits.
- Assist with the execution of prospect and member events.
- Work all Lynx home games.
- Provide world-class customer service to Suite Level guests and staff.
- Work directly with Target Center building and Levy staff.
- Ability to handle guest needs and questions efficiently and professionally.
- Ability to learn quickly on the job, and work in fast paced environment.
- Ability to work well on a team and independently.
