ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):
- Manage strategic initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee project scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
- Manage projects in environments with ambiguity and competing priorities, where the final product is co-created in collaboration with stakeholders throughout the process.
- Perform exploratory research to assess what’s possible, benchmark against other teams, and gather insights that shape project direction and execution.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance project execution and organizational productivity.
- Implement and utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to drive efficiency and collaboration.
- Assist in the adoption and optimization of project management tools (Wrike) to improve tracking, reporting, and overall workflow.
- Proactively assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Track and report on project progress, performance metrics, and outcomes, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and knowledge retention within the organization.
The Ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Consulting, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in project management, consulting, business operations, or strategy.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and software (Wrike preferred).
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization.
- Project Management Certification or ability to obtain certification.
