Reports to: Insurance Agency District Manager
Location: Ortonville, MN and/or Dawson, MN
Position Summary/Purpose:
Minnwest is seeking an individual for a full-time Insurance Agent position in our Ortonville or Dawson market. The Agency Agent’s accountability includes performing and coordinating a variety of insurance operation activities that: 1) serve agency clients’ best interests and 2) contribute to the growth and profitability of the organization. Primary duties include providing support to the Market Manager with administrative assignments and representing the agency with superior customer service standards.

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 3 years of customer service/sales experience
- Skills: Office products, Teams, Customer Service
Preferred Qualifications:
- Property & Casualty insurance license prior to hire date with the expectation that the Life & Health licenses will be obtained within three months of hire
- Customer service/sales experience
- Agency Management Systems
