Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Set-up and operate equipment in accordance to good manufacturing practice standard operation procedures.
- Ability to follow direction and obtain information off work orders
- Maintain high quality standards of wood being produced
- Knowledge in the use of hand tools
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs or more on occasion
- Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
- Have basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
- Able to work in a team environment
