Position Summary / Objective of Position
We are seeking an experienced systems administrator to help maintain and grow our IT infrastructure. This highly visible position will have responsibilities ranging from end user support to server administration.
Skills and Requirements :
Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize
3 years supporting / administering Windows servers and clients
MS Office support experience
Linux experience preferred but not required
MS Exchange experience preferred but not required
MS SQL Server experience preferred but not required
Duties and Responsibilities :
This position will be the initial point of contact for end user hardware and software issues. The position will also e responsible for setting up new desktop and laptops as well as user additions and deletions
Other responsibilities include the following :
- Server administration
- Storage management
- Hardware and software upgrades
- Exchange administration
- PBX administration
