Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bid Coordinator at MiNT Construction LLC. The Bid Coordinator will be responsible for preparing bid packages and trade invitations to bid, trade data base control, document control, trade relations, bid processes, tracking of trade and subcontractors markets, for various construction projects. Asset with quantity and project takeoffs as needed.
Qualifications
- Bid Preparation, Bid solicitation, and Bid Processes skills
- Tender Submissions skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with construction project bidding is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field
- Bid Take off Experience - preferrable, but not required.
