Responsibilities:- Maintain a full schedule of patients daily
- Administrative duties including checking patients in and out and coordinating payments
- Coordinate financial agreements for the patient's portion of dental treatment costs
- Assists with uniforms, and ad hoc reporting, as directed
- Tracks all required clinical licenses and certifications to ensure compliance
- Prepares and maintains new-employee files and documents
- Assists with incident reporting and ensures proper documentation and adherence to protocol
- Support clinical staff as needed
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer facing role in office setting
- Ability to multitask and work well under deadlines
- Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred but not required
- 1 year or more customer service experience
