What are the responsibilities and job description for the Traditional Media Buyer and Manager position at MINT dentistry?
Overview:
The Traditional Media Buyer and Manager (Marketing Department) role at MINT dentistry will be responsible for all Traditional Radio Advertising across an area of 10 DMA for our portfolio of Brands: Planning, Recording Coordination, Spot Management, Budget Management, and Audit. This position will also support the purchasing and management of other traditional media not limited to print, billboards, and or TV.
Responsibilities:
- Work with station and MINT recording talent to plan, produce, and publish commercials on stations in 10 markets across the eastern half of the US.
- Collaborate with creative / marketing team to align media with department objectives and goals
- Manage deployed assets in detailed tracking sheets
- Monitor media effectiveness and report on ROI/Results
- Provide daily morning updates
- Perform monthly audits - contracted vs. play ; Contract vs. Delivery
- Participate in weekly/monthly strategic planning sessions
- Ensure media aligns with current strategic plans.
- Keep and Manage detailed updates
- 5 years experience with Traditional media purchasing
- 2 years experience with Traditional / Terrestrial Radio Purchasing and Management
- Experience managing contracts and invoices
- 4 Year degree preferred, but not required.
