In this role, you will design and execute experiences pertaining to travel, dining and entertainment, luxury gifts, sports, fashion, fine art, and special event planning on occasion.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The VIP Concierge position provides luxury concierge services for its clients globally, including luxury villas and mansion rentals, exotic car rentals, private jet charters, executive protection services, yacht charters, and VIP access to concerts and events plus much more. As the gatekeeper to our clients utmost desired requests, this position's sole responsibility is to execute no matter how small or large the task. Previously Concierge professionals at luxury resorts or residents along with Hospitality professionals are encouraged to apply but it is not required.
WHAT'S EXPECTED?
Book Travel & Special requests for HNWls
Report expenses to accounting
Keep the team abreast of all client dealings using various tools (i.e.: Calendar, Recap Document, CRM, etc)
Receiving and executing requests from dinner reservations to personal shopping, planning luxury vacations and multi-continental itineraries, to booking private chartered flights and estate management, plus more. No day is the same and requests can be simple or highly complex!
Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy is a must
Prioritize, organize and follow
Extensive calendar management
Providing researched proposals & presentations
Excellent writing skills with a strong command of English communication skills. Other languages (verbal & written) are a plus!
Position is currently a remote position, with the possibility of working at our Miami Beach office.
WHO ARE YOU?
Exceptional customer service provider with a great sense of urgency
A true go-getter and "make it happen" attitude*Polished, professional, with proper speaking & writing skills along with great phone etiquette
Excellent with PC/MAC along with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe, and electronic strengths with systems such as Crestron, Sonos, Savant, etc. are a huge plus
Comfortable grasp for worldwide travel trends & knowledge of major global city nuances highly preferred
Travel, hospitality, entertainment industry or similar experience highly desired
Ability to work extended hours if needed, weekends & holidays if needed with accessibility 24/7 during peak seasons (Summer: June - August) Hospitality never sleeps!
