My client is a pioneering company developing nuclear-powered solutions for aerospace, defense, and remote applications. The Vice President will lead a fast-paced engineering organization shaping the future of energy systems in a context of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team across mechanical, thermal, structural, systems, and nuclear disciplines.
- Oversee the design, development, and scaling of advanced energy systems.
- Inspire innovation, manage technical execution, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- B.S. or higher in engineering and 15 years of experience (10 in management).
- Expertise in complex hardware design, regulatory considerations, and first-of-a-kind products.
- Experience in nuclear or space product design is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Location & Working Arrangement:
- Seattle, WA
- Hybrid – 3 days onsite weekly
- Travel 20%
