Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various accounting software and possess strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Conduct account reconciliation and bank reconciliation
- Utilize accounting software such as Xero, Sage, and other tools for financial data entry
- Perform double-entry bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with corporate accounting tasks as needed
Accounting Management: Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Payroll Processing: Manage payroll processing, including calculating wages, withholding taxes, and ensuring timely payment to employees.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, including preparing and filing tax returns.
Audit Coordination: Prepare for and coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the financial stability of the company.
Expense Tracking: Track and categorize expenses, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and strategic planning.
System Management: Maintain and update accounting software and systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
