Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and financial management, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial reports
- Implement and maintain internal controls in compliance with SOX regulations
- Manage cash flow and cash management activities
- Conduct account reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
- Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management
- Utilize QuickBooks or similar financial software for day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Experience with shared services (AP/AR) and cash flow forecasting.
- CPA certification and experience in manufacturing or corporate reporting preferred.

Pay: $97,583.00 - $104,080.00 per year
