Job Title: Operations executiveLocation: Edison, NJ (Onsite)Type: Full-time (Permanent )Key Responsibilities: This position has supervisory duties and is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational and financial aspects of the company.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement scalable processes to ensure operational efficiency, financial discipline, and cost containment across all departments.
- Review and track Accounts Payable for accuracy and financial efficiency.
- Ensure full utilization and integration of technology in all departments, identifying and implementing new programs where appropriate.
- Assist in managing and directing daily clinical operations, including staffing, payroll, and intake departments.
- Oversee contracting, including contract development and negotiation with all ancillary vendors, ensuring compliance, and managing relationships with managed care organizations as needed.
- Manage staff education and training.
- Oversee and continuously improve employee, patient, and family satisfaction programs.
- Develop and manage the new and ancillary clinical offerings to expand services and enhance patient care.
- Oversee tablet support and ensure seamless technology integration for patient care.
- Ensure best practices are implemented in all job functions, reinforcing a culture of excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding patients, staff, and company operations.
- Senior Leadership Team Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan, annual budget, and special projects.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare or related sectors.
- Proven experience in driving business growth, operational excellence, and customer-centric strategies in a human services company.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulatory environments.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions and inspire teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,498.00 - $140,665.00 per year
