Key Responsibilities This position has supervisory duties and is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational and financial aspects of the company.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Develop and implement scalable processes to ensure operational efficiency, financial discipline, and cost containment across all departments. ○ Review and track Accounts Payable for accuracy and financial efficiency. ○ Ensure full utilization and integration of technology in all departments, identifying and implementing new programs where appropriate.
- Assist in managing and directing daily clinical operations, including staffing, payroll, and intake departments. ○ Oversee contracting, including contract development and negotiation with all ancillary vendors, ensuring compliance, and managing relationships with managed care organizations as needed. ○ Manage staff education and training. ○ Oversee and continuously improve employee, patient, and family satisfaction programs. ○ Develop and manage the new and ancillary clinical offerings to expand services and enhance patient care. ○ Oversee tablet support and ensure seamless technology integration for patient care.
- Ensure best practices are implemented in all job functions, reinforcing a culture of excellence and regulatory compliance. ○ Maintain confidentiality regarding patients, staff, and company operations.
- Senior Leadership Team Responsibilities ○ Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan, annual budget, and special projects.
