Now hiring Customer Service Representatives for a company in Akron for 1st shift, 8am – 4:30pm.
Monday - Friday
Weekly pay at $17 per hour.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with inquires, resolving issues, and providing product information.
Job Duties:
- Respond to customer questions either by phone, email, or in-person.
- Resolve complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
- Document customer interactions and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Any other task requested by a supervisor.
