Job Posting: Die Cast Specialist
Location: Clackamas, OR
Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Modified Swing Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
We’re hiring two Die Cast Specialists to join our dynamic casting team! In this hands-on role, you will work with zinc and aluminum casting machines, ensuring high-quality production that meets customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and optimize die casting processes
- Set up and operate casting machines, trim presses, and auxiliary equipment
- Train and mentor team members
- Monitor metal quality and support process improvements
- Collaborate with engineering and toolroom teams
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of die casting experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills for casting machines and programs
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers)
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions
