What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Manager position at Minute Men Staffing?
We are recruiting for a Production Manager for a Landscaping company in Cleveland, OH area. This is a direct hire opportunity with benefits and profit sharing. The pay is $60-$70K range. Must be willing to work 5-6 day workweeks. Hours to be discussed at interview. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of landscape, hardscape, and irrigation projects. You will also manage crews and communicate with owner, clients and suppliers. Must have experience in building patios, brick walls, and decks.
Responsibilities:
Oversees crew leaders and the installation of all projects
Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with guidelines
Train field staff on all equipment
Read blueprints
Manage inventory of landscaping supplies and equipment
Grading, planting, site and soil preparation
Interface and communication skills with customers, suppliers and owner
Required:
Minimum of three years experience in landscape, hardscape, and irrigation construction
Must have a valid drivers license and own vehicle
Experience in building patios, brick walls and decks
