We’re hiring for a family-owned company that is one of the top 25 Automotive Aftermarket Parts Distributors in the country. With over 35 years of experience, they take pride in providing top-quality automotive parts to their customers.
We are looking for an experienced Auto Parts Store Manager to join their team! If you have knowledge of automotive parts, strong leadership skills, and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, routing drivers, and customer relations
- Ensure timely delivery of parts to customers and service technicians
- Train and supervise store employees
- Build and maintain vendor and supplier relationships
- Provide top-notch customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Drive sales growth through outbound calls and in-store promotions
- Process customer orders and manage inventory cycle counts
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Implement marketing strategies to boost sales

- Experience in auto parts sales or store management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build relationships with B2B customers
- Great work ethic and willingness to learn
