Patient Services Representative

Full-Time 8am-4pm

Minuteman Medical Inc. is a DME supply company located in Manchester, NH. We are looking to fill a full-time (M-F 8am-4pm) Patient Services Representative position with an energetic go-getter type of individual to work in our fast-paced office environment. Medical terminology and Brightree knowledge is preferred but not required.

This position includes, but is not limited to:

• Answering customer calls
• Customer Intake forms
• Renew prescriptions and prior authorization requests
• Ordering product
• Tracking deliveries

Qualifications:

• Preferred medical background; familiarity with terminology and insurances
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Detail oriented
• Reliable transportation
• Spanish speaking/bilingual preferred
• Customer Service experience
