Commercial print shop in Colorado Springs is looking for a customer service STAR as we continue to grow. Our shops are fast paced and provide products and services primarily in a business-to-business capacity.

**Commercial print shop experience is highly desired and pay range is based on experience in the industry**
Required Skills:
-Highly effective in organizational skills
-Excellent basic math and computer skills
-Superior customer service, teamwork and problem solving skills
-Fast paced while maintaining attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
-Experience communicating with customers and submitting files to vendors as well as understanding their requirements.
-Knowledge of digital printers such as Xerox and/or Offset Printing.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Quoting / Estimating
- Work Ordering
- Invoicing
- Replying to client emails and answering phones
- Proactively seek to help commercial clients with all their printing
- Shifting focus to workflow bottlenecks
- Working closely in a team-oriented environment
- Assisting in the print production duties as needed
The person entering this position will also cross train in other areas of shop operations and small equipment and will be expected to occasionally assist other departments.
