Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle customer emails promptly, providing quotes and detailed responses to their needs.
- Follow up on quotes to convert them into orders, ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the production and sales teams to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a telemarketing or phone-based role.
- Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail, and a knack for problem-solving.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with email platforms and CRM systems; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with printing, promotional products, or a related industry is a plus but not required.
